Have you got small test bottles?

Yes, we will have 250ml bottles, which are very convenient for testing and also for a small gift idea.

Where do you produce the oil and which olives do you use?

The olive oil is produced very close to the olive grove. The olives have to be squeezed within 24 hours from the harvesting. The mill that we use is located 11 km away from the grove in the little town of Sorso. So we can ensure that our olives are immediately squeezed.

We use five different types of olives:

  • Bosana (Sardinia)
  • Leccino (Sardinia)
  • Pizz’e carroga (Sardinia)
  • Sivigliano (Sardinia)
  • Tondo di Cagliari (Sardinia)

By blending them we are plan to create three variation of oil with different variation of taste from soft to spicy and strong.

Can we personalize the oil bottle?

Not yet, but it is a very good idea.

What about the taste of the oil?

Extra Virgin Olive Oil TELLUS ENERGIA has a soft and delicate taste with hints of apple and artichoke. In the mouth, the almond note becomes do-minant and is followed by a light sustained spiciness. It is ideal drizzled on meat or fish dishes and perfect for vege-tables or the classic bruschetta.
